Who we are

Louis Martin Jewelers is a New York City-based jewelry store with its beginnings in 1978, in the historic Rockefeller Center. We proudly specialize in buying and selling vintage, estate and antique jewelry. Our buyers travel worldwide to find exquisite, unique pieces of jewelry, catering to our clientele's varied tastes and styles. We also have two certified gemologists on site, an expert watchmaker, and professional jeweler for any and all jewelry work.

Our Story

Great things have small beginnings. Louis Martin opened its doors in the latter years of the 1970s. With its prime location within Rockefeller Center and just blocks away from the Diamond District of New York City, Louis Martin quickly became a favorited destination for locals and tourists alike.

Great Things Have Small Beginnings

The first store opened its doors in 1978, inside Rockefeller Center. The first — and much more modest — store was developing a base of happy, loyal customers.

Since our reopening, we've had an exciting vantage point along 50th Street, a stone's throw away from Fifth Avenue, and even closer to the Rockefeller Rink and Christmas Tree.

Celebrating 40 Years

In 2018, Louis Martin Jewelers gets a 40th anniversary facelift and a complete renovation begins: new architectural blueprints get drawn, and work begins towards an all-new interior design.
